How does Virtual Consultation Work?
The Medical Video Consultation service is provided on a pay-as-you-go service (£200 per 20 min) and is available 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. You can access the service with Facetime/Whattsapp Video/Zoom/Teams/Google Meet from wherever you are, through your mobile, tablet or desktop, without having to download or install any software on your device.

Payment for your virtual consultation needs to be done by online banking. You will be provided with a full medical report for your video consultation, and a copy will sent to your GP.
You can have the online consultation not only from all over the UK, but also from any other place in the world. This means that you can access advice remotely even being away on holiday.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once you have requested an appointment, you will be contacted to discuss your need and will be advised of total fee to pay.
Your appointment will be confirmed ONLY after payment has been received.
You will be asked to pay the fee in advance by online banking.
You should not wait at home if you have any medical emergency and should call 111 for help.
Due to unforseen circumstances, I may have to cancel your scheduled appointment but will rearrange it within 24 hours or will refund the money to your bank account.
By making the payment to confirm your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. Requests for rescheduling and cancellations will be treated in the same manner.
You can cancel your appointment by texting or messaging me without any cancellation fee upto 48 hours of appointment.
Cancellations of appointments at 24-48 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a £50 admin fee.
A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel your confirmed appointment at 24 hours or less before the scheduled time of your appointment.
