I’m very grateful for the care, patience, and thorough examination Dr Jha gave to my dad. He took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly, which was very reassuring. My dad felt much less worried after the consultation. I really appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and attentive approach.

The assessment, diagnosis, prescribing of medication and written report to the GP was completed within the same day. This has come as such a relief after battling for three years on the NHS. My Mum and I went for an appointment with Dr Jha. I am so happy with our experience. Dr Jha communicated with us shortly after the appointment was booked and was very quick to reply to messages I had sent him. When we attended Thornbury Dr Jha was really nice in person and I felt he really listened to our concerns and was very respectful, kind and reassuring to my Mum. He was thorough with his assessment and the outcome was very positive. Treatment was initiated. He outlined a very clear plan of our follow ups and very soon after our consult we received a full written report which clearly reflected accurately all we had discussed. I would definately recommend anyone to see Dr Jha. We are very happy with everything he has done for us so far. Many thanks.

I found the consultation very helpful. The consultant explained my osteoporosis in the context of my own case, including how severe it is, which I hadn’t fully understood from my previous NHS appointments. He also gave clear guidance on how to monitor my condition over time and interpret future results, which has given me a much better understanding of my osteoporosis and put my mind at rest.
