I offer comprehensive assessments for memory concerns, cognitive decline, and geriatric issues including falls, frailty, Parkinson’s disease, continence problems, and TIA/stroke recovery.
No referral is needed. You can book directly. I also accept referrals from GPs, consultants, and healthcare professionals.
You will undergo a holistic assessment including detailed clinical consultation, cognitive testing (such as ACE-III or MoCA), Mood assessment and a review of your medical history, medications, and functional status. If needed, I may recommend blood tests or brain scans.
Yes, I can assess for and diagnose different types of dementia including Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, and frontotemporal dementia, and offer ongoing care planning and advice.
Initial assessments usually last 45-60 minutes, depending upon complexity of patient. Follow-up appointments are 30–45 minutes.
New Memory assessment consultation takes longer, 90-120 minutes.
Yes, I provide formal capacity assessments for decisions such as managing finances, independent living, driving, and Power of Attorney evaluations.
I offer a clear management plan, advice on lifestyle and medications, onward referrals (neurology, psychiatry, social care), and support for patients and families.

Yes, I specialise in managing frailty and multimorbidity in older adults, often coordinating with other specialists and carers to provide holistic care.
I manage falls, frailty, incontinence, polypharmacy, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke follow-up, unexplained weight loss, and mobility decline.
Yes, I offer post-stroke and Parkinson’s reviews, helping optimise medication, reduce falls risk, and improve quality of life.
Absolutely. In fact, I encourage family members or carers to attend, especially during memory or cognitive assessments.

I’m based in Sheffield S10, South Yorkshire.
Yes, home visits may be arranged for patients with mobility issues or significant frailty. I cover a wider area and fee depends upon the travelling distance. Please refer to my Consultation fee webpage section.
Yes. Video consultations are available for patients across the UK, where clinically appropriate.
No, I do not work with insurance companies.
I aim to offer appointments within 24 hours.
But, for any emergency, I would suggest to call 999 or visit local Accident & Emergency.

I aim to see you at home within 24 hours. Clinic appointment at Claremont can also be arranged in 1-2 days.
